This was in Rome. Not when I was there, sadly. My brother, Andy, got to see it. The Circus Maximus was home to an installation called “Massimo Silenzio” (look it up to find artist name) -- part of Rome’s La Notte Bianca celebrations.
This is just stuff for me to remember or come back to. I don't expect anyone else to find it interesting or important.
